Looking to start college in September 2022? Banbury and Bicester College invites you to attend our upcoming Summer Open Event on Saturday 25 June.

You will be aware that rail strikes are taking place throughout the week, with disruption to services expected. Our Open Event at Banbury and Bicester College is unaffected.

If you are travelling to the event by train, we would encourage you to follow these tips:

  • Check your travel schedule before you set off. For example, you could use an app such as National Rail or Trainline for the latest travel information.
  • Consider travelling by bus or another means of transport on the day.
  • Please allow extra time to travel, as buses and roads may get a little busier.

We’re so excited to welcome you on-campus for our Summer Open Event! Between 9:30am-12:30pm, you’ll have the chance to:

  • Speak to tutors and current students about our courses.
  • Explore the campus and see our fantastic facilities.
  • Chat to our friendly student and learning support teams.
  • Join the Head of Campus for an “Introduction to Banbury and Bicester College”, and ask them any questions you have.
  • Not sure what you want to study? Our careers team will be able to help you choose what direction you want to go in.

We look forward to seeing you on-campus!

We are really excited to be opening our doors once again for in-person Open Events and we just wanted to let you know about some of the things we are doing to keep everyone as safe as possible.

To make sure everyone attending the event keeps safe and well, please do not attend if you, or anyone in your household, has had any Covid symptoms in the past seven days.

Please be aware that the windows and doors will be open throughout the event for extra ventilation, so please bring a coat or wear an extra layer.

We are encouraging the use of face masks but they are not mandatory.  This helps to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and is another measure aimed at keeping you safe. There will be numerous hand sanitiser stations throughout the college – please use these as you make your away around the campus.

We are continuing to ask people to wear face coverings inside our colleges, so if you are coming to our event, we would ask you to bring yours along with you, unless you are exempt. This helps to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and is another measure aimed at keeping you safe. There will be numerous hand sanitiser stations throughout the college – please use these as you make your away around the campus.
